We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to send the product back to us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Certain items such as innerwear, socks, fragrances, and customized products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.
WWe currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, kindly return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a full refund based on your preference.
For returns due to personal preferences (size, color, etc.), a nominal return shipping fee may be deducted from your refund. Returns for defective or incorrect items will be free of charge.
